Providing a mosque is one of the best forms of charitable giving. One of the first acts of the Prophet (PBUH) after he migrated from Makkah to Madinah was to build a mosque. Various Hadith cite the Prophet (PBUH) saying: “Whoever builds a masjid for the sake of Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.” By donating, not only will you be providing a place of worship but laying foundations for your own spiritual rewards in this life and the next.

Imam Message
The Oneness of God (that the Creator of the world is One and He alone is worthy of worship), and that Muhammad (peace be upon him) is God’s Messenger and Servant. Someone who believes this is a Muslim. Muslims also believe in God’s angels; all prior revelation from God (e.g., the Torah, Psalms, Injeel); all the prophets sent to humanity (including Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad, peace be upon them all); the Day of Judgment; and the Decree of God.
Islam teaches that each person is born pure. The Holy Quran tells us that God has given human beings a choice between good and evil, right and wrong, and that this life tests us on what choices we will make. We are taught to seek God’s pleasure through faith, prayer, perseverance, service and charity, with rewards in this life and the Hereafter for any good deeds we do. Islam’s main message is to love and worship God and to serve and treat all of God’s creation with kindness and compassion. Rights of parents in old age, orphans and the needy are clearly emphasized in the Quran.
